The cost of enga­ging Kla­ris­sa is based on the actu­al time and effort invol­ved. That’s becau­se Kla­ris­sa isn’t an off-the-shelf solution—it’s tail­o­red spe­ci­fi­cal­ly to your com­pa­ny and your chal­lenges. The­r­e­fo­re, Kla­ris­sa does not rely on fixed pri­cing packa­ges that lead to unp­lea­sant sur­pri­ses, but rather on clear cost struc­tures that you can con­trol and track at any time.

Phase 1 – Strategy:

In work­shops, we work with you to defi­ne the busi­ness goals you aim to achie­ve through the digi­tal trans­for­ma­ti­on of your sales and mar­ke­ting, and we advi­se you on the pos­si­bi­li­ties Kla­ris­sa offers to help you reach tho­se goals. Based on this, we deve­lop a stra­tegy and defi­ne the steps nee­ded to achie­ve the estab­lished goals. A detail­ed pro­po­sal will out­line the scope of work and asso­cia­ted costs.

Phase 2 – Implementation & Rollout and Digital Campaigns:

In addi­ti­on to the neces­sa­ry admi­nis­tra­ti­ve tasks, such as crea­ting employee accounts, we may inte­gra­te data alre­a­dy available within your com­pa­ny, for exam­p­le from your CRM sys­tem or other coll­ec­ted data sets. In this Pha­se 2, we also pro­du­ce all plan­ned con­tent in image, audio, or video for­mat and con­fi­gu­re the busi­ness intel­li­gence soft­ware plat­form.
You’ll launch your digi­tal cam­paigns for your pro­s­pects and cus­to­mers.
For this pha­se of tech­ni­cal imple­men­ta­ti­on and con­tent crea­ti­on, we bill our ser­vices on a time-and-mate­ri­als basis, depen­ding on the scope of the con­tent as out­lined in the agreed-upon strategy.

Phase 3 – Increase Reach and Awareness: 

Is it neces­sa­ry to pro­mo­te your busi­ness through digi­tal chan­nels to make your com­pa­ny visi­ble to your tar­get audi­ence and achie­ve your spe­ci­fied goals?
If so, we will pro­vi­de you with a bud­get recom­men­da­ti­on for appro­pria­te mar­ke­ting mea­su­res and any neces­sa­ry adver­ti­sing cam­paigns to help you achie­ve your spe­ci­fied goals. We bill for our ser­vices on a time-and-mate­ri­als basis; exter­nal adver­ti­sing cos­ts are bil­led trans­par­ent­ly based on receipts.

Phase 4 – Analysis and Optimization:

We work with you to eva­lua­te the effec­ti­ve­ness of indi­vi­du­al mea­su­res, advi­se on oppor­tu­ni­ties for opti­miza­ti­on, and, if desi­red, imple­ment the­se chan­ges ope­ra­tio­nal­ly. We use addi­tio­nal sophisti­ca­ted busi­ness intel­li­gence solu­ti­ons for data ana­ly­sis. As mar­ke­ting experts, we know how to use and inter­pret the­se tools. Ser­vices are bil­led on a time-and-mate­ri­als basis.

The actu­al invest­ment requi­red depends on your objec­ti­ves, any preli­mi­na­ry work you may have alre­a­dy com­ple­ted, and the level of invol­vement you choo­se for the Kla­ris­sa team: From a pure con­sul­ting solution—in which your mar­ke­ting depart­ment or spe­cia­li­zed agen­cy imple­ments the busi­ness intel­li­gence solutions—to a one-stop-shop ser­vice, many opti­ons are available.
