The cost of engaging Klarissa is based on the actual time and effort involved. That’s because Klarissa isn’t an off-the-shelf solution—it’s tailored specifically to your company and your challenges. Therefore, Klarissa does not rely on fixed pricing packages that lead to unpleasant surprises, but rather on clear cost structures that you can control and track at any time.
Phase 1 – Strategy:
In workshops, we work with you to define the business goals you aim to achieve through the digital transformation of your sales and marketing, and we advise you on the possibilities Klarissa offers to help you reach those goals. Based on this, we develop a strategy and define the steps needed to achieve the established goals. A detailed proposal will outline the scope of work and associated costs.
Phase 2 – Implementation & Rollout and Digital Campaigns:
In addition to the necessary administrative tasks, such as creating employee accounts, we may integrate data already available within your company, for example from your CRM system or other collected data sets. In this Phase 2, we also produce all planned content in image, audio, or video format and configure the business intelligence software platform.
You’ll launch your digital campaigns for your prospects and customers.
For this phase of technical implementation and content creation, we bill our services on a time-and-materials basis, depending on the scope of the content as outlined in the agreed-upon strategy.
Phase 3 – Increase Reach and Awareness:
Is it necessary to promote your business through digital channels to make your company visible to your target audience and achieve your specified goals?
If so, we will provide you with a budget recommendation for appropriate marketing measures and any necessary advertising campaigns to help you achieve your specified goals. We bill for our services on a time-and-materials basis; external advertising costs are billed transparently based on receipts.
Phase 4 – Analysis and Optimization:
We work with you to evaluate the effectiveness of individual measures, advise on opportunities for optimization, and, if desired, implement these changes operationally. We use additional sophisticated business intelligence solutions for data analysis. As marketing experts, we know how to use and interpret these tools. Services are billed on a time-and-materials basis.

You will receive a customized cost estimate in advance for each of the four phases. The actual investment required depends on your objectives, any preliminary work you may have already completed, and the level of involvement you choose for the Klarissa team: From a pure consulting solution—in which your marketing department or specialized agency implements the business intelligence solutions—to a one-stop-shop service, many options are available.
